DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Plan sales operational activities and execute the plan in efficient manner
  • Create and strengthen relationship with dealer/partner and responsible for ensuring smooth operational matter
  • Develop mutual benefits among all stakeholders to achieve common purposes
  • Perform competitor benchmarking by having view through the eyes of the competitors as to understand competitors as to understand competitor’s movement and market trend
  • Develop “winning” mentality and persistency in achieving company’s goal
  • Resolve conflict through win-win engagement
  • Act as a role model for others and be able to mentor and coach subordinate whenever required
  • Review and propose financial solutions for a better partner profitability
  • To be persistent in selling and able to persuade potential customer
  • To convey the right message to the right audience for clarity
  • control and monitor sales execution outcome for future improvement

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree from any major discipline
  2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales field or has passion in sales
  3. Good understanding of sales, distribution, market and competitor analysis
  4. Excellent communication and sales presentation skills
  5. Excellent teamwork
  6. Having experience in dealing with gadget store
  7. Having experience working in handheld principal company is preferably
  8. CONTRACT base employment status

Area Sales Manager SME Sumatera

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  1. Build strategic business scale especially in SME
  2. Maintain and build relationship & ensure commitment with Organized Company
  3. Maintain & ensure Availability, Visibility & Advocacy (AVA) through sales planning to fulfill market demand
  4. Create awareness about XL Bundling
  5. Create strategic sales program in regional scale (push/pull) with partner to support revenue achievement
  6. Crosscheck and controlling national program
  7. Ensure compliance performance (KPI) and sales/revenue of channels and partners

REQUIREMENT :

  • S1, all major. Preferably with sales marketing/business related 3 years experience specially handle Device /Non Trad
  • Good negotiation and sales skill
  • Good Consumer behavior knowledge
  • Result achievement
  • Understanding of sales and distribution, market and competitor analysis
  • Willing to be located in Sumatera Area
  • Contract base employment status
