Estate Manager
Kalimantan Barat, Sumatera Selatan | Closing Date : 22 April 2017
Requirements :

  • Contribute to the company’s development of innovations, long term strategies, objectives and plans.
  • Develop and strengthen working relationships with other departments and peers at other group companies.
  • Develop and recommend strategies for the estate to Senior Estate manager.
  • Develop the operating and capital budgets for the estate with Senior Estate Manager.
  • Implement the estate operating budget and capital budget to ensure the profitability and long term viability of the company.
  • Implement the budget within agreed financial, physical, time, quality and efficiency parameter.
  • Manage the estate to ensure targets are achieved through efficient use of human, financial, physical and information resources.
  • Lead the estate team and maintenance productive working relationships and team spirit in the estate and with other estates.
  • Ensure that the estate is efficiently manned and supervised to ensure maximum production and the cost effective completion of work program to required standards.
  • Perform other relevant tasks required by Management in day to day operation.
  • Actively take part in the implementation of environment health and safety policy.
  • Actively take part in implementing health and safety policy particularly in the use of protection clothe and equipment.

Field assistant

Requirements :

  • Responsible for the profitable and efficient running of the estate, which includes the nursery, land clearing, planting, field maintenance, harvesting, transport and the running of emplacement infrastructure
  • Contribute to the company’s development of innovations, long term strategies, objectives and plans.

GIS Manager
Sumatera Selatan | Closing Date : 22 April 2017
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Analyze GIS data / UAV photos / remote sensing data to help solve agronomic and operational issues (waterlogging, yellow palms, planting distance, transportation routing etc.) and improve efficiencies
  • Manage and update geospatial information in GIS system (property / block / izin boundaries, DEM, road systems, waterways, SPH, YOP, progeny soil type, HCV, HCS etc.)
  • Inventories and maintain LR, LC & planting data in GIS system
  • Provide BLT and site management with geospatial data and reports fixed frequency and upon request.
  • Work with IT & Finance to pull financial, operations & OMP data to be displayed on map format for analysis.
  • Generate periodic progress reports using GIS data / UAV photos / remote sensing data for defined problem area(s) / rehabilitation projects.
  • Assist land acquisition / due diligence team to for gathering and analysis of geospatial data.
  • Training of locations’ surveyors and remote sensing teams (data acquisition integrity, quality and efficiency).
  • Analyze and alert management of hot spot areas identified in external stakeholders websites

Workshop Manager

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Learning & Development in particular EHS aspects
  • Experienced in educating others on best practice training skills
  • Experience working with various levels of the organization, ie, from support level employees to BU Site Leader
  • Ability to work in a high energy, learning environment where resiliency & timely turnaround of quality work is essential

Project Engineer
Kalimantan Barat , Sumatera Selatan | Closing Date : 15 April 2017
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • To provide leadership and to establish and maintain effective and harmonious working relationships with all those involved in the project, particularly with the Operating Unit (OU)
  • To meet at regular intervals with the Operating Unit (OU) and to keep them currently advised on the status of cost versus budget and the progress of the work
  • To coordinate the functions of the estimating, scheduling, purchasing, accounting and operations departments as they relate to the progress and completion of the project under his/her direction.
  • To have a complete and thorough knowledge and understanding of the Contract Documents, the General Contract and the Subcontracts
  • To see that all drawings and specifications are examined, prior to beginning construction, for design deficiencies, impractical details and possible code violations, and through a meeting with the Operating Unit Team, bring them to a resolution.
  • To insure that requisitions for subcontracts and purchase orders are prepared and submitted on a timely basis
  • To see that the Project Schedule, incorporating dates and times, availability of design information, procurement of materials and subcontracts, lead times for fabrication, and field installation, construction, is established and maintained.
  • To see that the prescribed quality control measures are implemented and maintained throughout the life of the project
  • To organize and train the on-site staff to the requirements of the project, and to assure that those individuals whose functions require the knowledge and understanding of certain documents and procedures, receive and understand that information
  • To assure that each individual understands his/her own responsibilities of those whom he/she is working
  • To utilize skills to run multiple projects as efficiently as possible
