Service Office Manager – Palembang
Requirements :

  • 25 – 35 Years
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Medicine, Medical Science, Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

  • Able to operate computer (MS Word, Power Point and Excel)
  • Can coordinate with team

Job Desc :

  1. To monitor the performance of the team and its operations office
  2. Approval of the submission of claims
  3. To follow up and coordination with the team at Head Office related services
  4. Perform maintenance on the provider BNI Life
  5. Conduct follow-up to the filing of a new provider PKS and PKS extension process provider
  6. Fostering good relationships with clients BNI Life which is in the region
  7. To coordinate with the theme of BNI Life in the region (Regional office & Marketing Office)
  8. Establish registration and fund management services office operations
